What is MATCH® made from?

MATCH® is made from a blend of natural plant proteins, including high-quality soy. Our unique recipes are free from GMOs, cholesterol, tans-fat, hormones, antibiotics, artificial colors and artificial flavors. 

Is MATCH® Meat gluten-free?

MATCH® beef, MATCH® Italian sausage and MATCH® chorizo are gluten free. 

What dishes can be made with MATCH® Meats?

MATCH® Meats can be used in any recipe, directly in place of their meat equivalent. MATCH® is great for chili, tacos, meatballs, meatloaf, ravioli, stir-fry, lasagna, spaghetti sauce and more. 

How much time does it take to prepare MATCH® Meat?

When thawed, cook MATCH® for about half the amount of time as it's animal equivalent. If frozen, it will take about 10% less time. Don't overcook MATCH® as the meat will dry out. And remember, MATCH® isn't actually raw, so you don't have to worry about consuming undercooked meat. All you're doing when cooking MATCH® is giving it flavor and heating it up!

What is the shelf life of MATCH® Meat?

MATCH® can be kept in the freezer for up to 18 months. Thawed MATCH® Meat can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-7 days in it's original packaging. MATCH® can be refrozen after thawing, and cooked from a frozen or thawed state. Thawing and refreezing multiple times will not compromise the safety of the food.

How much does it cost?
