  • 2 lb MATCH Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Green, White or Red Onion (finely chopped)

  • 4 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)

  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro Paste

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)

  • Chives or Green Onions (finely chopped)

Match Asian Chicken Meatballs are a fun twist on your average meatballs that will take your taste buds on a tasteful roller coaster.

Serves 30 Meatballs

Mix all ingredients and form into bite size pieces (rub hands with oil to avoid sticking).

Heat ¼ cup vegetable oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then cook half of the balls, turning over occasionally, until firm and golden (they will flatten slightly), 2 to 3 minutes.

Transfer with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. Add remaining ¼ cup oil to skillet and cook remaining balls in same manner.

Stir together glaze ingredients.

Just before taking your meatballs out of the pan, splash in a little glaze and toss your meatballs in the glaze until all sides are glazed, about 15 seconds.

Serve warm.
