Hi,
I enjoyed your product at the Farm Sanctuary 25th anniversary event in Lancaster PA. I was hoping you could stop refering to your product as meat. Maybe protein alternative or some such name. Meat has some a tramatic, tortured legacy to it, vegans chose not to be part of, thanks.

I got my first supply of Match Meats products today. I just had the crab cakes for dinner. FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!! I followed the recipe on the web site, but can tell that it will work with any crab cake recipe. After making the cakes I sauteed some finely chopped shallots in a pan, added white wine and let it reduce. Then added some capers. Finished the sauce off by whisking in some Earth Balance. They were as good as any fresh crab cakes I have ever had. I can’t wait to try the beef, chicken, pork, and sausage I bought. Match Meats products are everything the web site says and more. You are a God-send to the vegan community. As a new vegan I have worried about having dinner parties with non-vegans. Problem solved. They will never know!

My mom made chicken parm with MATCH for my Dad (a very meat and potatoes guy) the other night and didn’t tell him. He LOVED it. He ate all of it! She told him after he finished that it wasn’t actually meat, and he responded with “That’s really cool! It’s really good!” I was so excited! Now she has asked me to get crab MATCH for her! I will pass along this recipe…
